Well, this is my book. I'm not even sure I've uploaded it in the right place, and frankly the chances are I haven't. It wouldn't be OK for me to write a review for NOTES ON A REBELLION as a reader, so I'm just going to say that writing it was one of the most enjoyable things I've ever done, and one of the hardest. NOTES ON A REBELLION is about taking on a challenge when you know what you're undertaking is the right thing, even though it looks like you might not win the fight. I hope you're tempt [...]

A very good first novel by an up and coming fantasy writer. One to keep an eye on.

My Review I started this a long time ago, but everything in the world that could go wrong, did. But I finally got it back in my hands, and glad I did!The world and character building are far above average, which is actually rare for authors coming out. I was really surprised at the change of landscape, especially the temperature.A fantasy dystopia of a world being ravaged by winged beasts, and a small group of humans that have realized they are already dead, so what do they have to lose in fight [...]

Even though I write contemporary fiction, I love to delve into the world of fantasy now and again. This series was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I'd give it a go. In a nutshell, I loved it! I like stories about friendships, particularly groups of people who stick together through thick and thin, and this story fitted the bill for me. I fell in love with Random Knight, and Ethan, her love interest. The other characters, Silent Red, Jemima-Jim, Christina and the others were so brillia [...]

I loved this book because it had both beautiful romances and thrilling action. The characters were greatly described and each had a unique personality. I liked that the main characters were a variety of people and didn't stick to stereotypical heroes. The description of the castle and all its hidden puzzles kept me reading, intrigued to find out the secrets it held. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I was given a free eBook copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review and rating. If you want to know what that means (Notes on a rebellion) you'll have to read it. So cleverly written, the story is character driven with some unusual personalities. Loved Random Knight and Ordinary is brilliant. Is this the next break - out novel. It wouldn't surprise me. Loved it. Highly recommended.
